Back from AdeptiCon…
… weary (arrived home at 1am) after having played 11 intense games in 3 days.
I’ll start on the blog tomorrow, but don’t expect too much until the end of the week - I do have a job!
Already working on next year’s team event, and the Gladiator if I’m brave enough to face that again…

If you’re looking for team mates… At least I can paint, plus I do have 100s of painted models…
Thanks Muskie - I’ll chat to the Geeks (not Ordo) about next year and let you know. You should just go for the individual event in any case -lots of fun (but take 2 Land Raiders…)
I was thinking of doing up a second landraider, I just use them as bunkers. I’m open to doing a themed army. Chaos would be my first choice and though I may regret it orks would be my second. Third might be the soon to be very popular IG.
I’m worried about model count and expense a bit. Everything from Forgeworld arms escalation, to custom bases, to buying 100s of new guys.
If you did the four powers of chaos, I could do Nurgle real easy like…
Keep me posted.
Hey Muskie - it is a bit premature, but the Geeks are probably going Xenos next year, and we have a player with lots of Nurgle anyway.
Cost is reasonable - IIRC my total registration for the weekend was ~US$75. Hotel was US$109 per night. I got my flight on points!
Your math is a bit off as US 75 is less than the hotel room. You likely mean 750…
I can do Xenos as long as someone tells me what to field. Like I said I can paint, especially if it is purple and green.
I like the blogspot.com site better, easier to comment on.
You guys already did all bugs, does that mean it is Dark Eldar? You have a bunch of armies. I have just two.
Well I may not be a genius of an accountant like you Muskie, but I *can* read by PayPal account!
$75 got my my weekend badge, the Gladiator entry and the National Championship entry. IIRC Team was $100 total (the Captain covered it).
The Geeks team is full Muskie - thanks for the offer.
